From Eugene Oregon Ninth Moon Black is having Tad at Witch Ape Studio do a mastering treatment for their song Amaranthine. Be looking for this to come out soon and Billy Barnett did a brilliant job on the recording.
Progress is being made on the new Heiress recording as Mr. Jon Pettibone was in the studio recording vocals this week. These songs are somewhat of a different beast to be coming from the band with a lot of textures with the rhythm section that most bands wish they had and the dual guitar treatment of the two veteran hardcore guitar players. This record promises to deliver the strengths of subtle musicality and pummeling riffs not of the usual post hardcore metal genre.
Coming soon will be a recording project with Aaron Edge, Mike Scheidt and Tad Doyle
entitled “LUMBAR” and will feature a journey not many people have told in music. This release on Southern Lord Records was recorded by Edge with additional recording done at Witch Ape Studio and mixed by Doyle at Witch Ape Studio.
